Hello NEW MATADORS!
The New Student Orientation (NSO) experience is required for all entering International students and will occur over the summer leading up to the Fall semester. All new International students will partake in International Orientation.

Where is Orientation: New Student Orientation will take place in the University Student Union (USU). Check in will take place at the Plaza del Sol. will show you the exact locations.
Where to Park: You will be provided a free parking pass via email to print and provide on the dashboard of your vehicle. will indicate the closest parking locations to the University Student Union. The closest parking locations are: G3 parking structure, G3, G4, and F5 parking lots, and the G6 parking structure.ÌýÌý

Weather information: Northridge can get quite warm in the summer, please be sure to dress comfortably. We will have activities indoors and outdoors during NSO.
Parent Information: We ask that Parents attend the Parent and Family Day event coming up in October in place of attending New Student Orientation with their student. More information will be coming soon for Parent and Family Day. However, if you are in Northridge dropping off your student for their New Student Orientation, we have gathered a to do in Northridge.Ìý
The NSO Online platform is aÌýset of comprehensive modules that address university programs, services, and resources available in a virtual and eventual on-campus capacity. You will be able to complete NSO Online at your own pace throughout the month of January.ÌýThis opportunity is only available for new incoming Transfer International students.
