Introduction鈥
To promote a culture of respect on campus, all CSUN students 鈥 and all college students in the United States 鈥 must complete a sexual misconduct and violence awareness and prevention education program. At CSUN this training is online, interactive and video-based, featuring real-life student testimonials.听听
Title IX鈥痮f the Education Amendments of 1972, together with other federal and state laws, protects all people from sexual harassment, violence and discrimination on the basis of gender or sexual orientation.听
All CSUN students鈥攁nd college students throughout the United States鈥攁re required to take an online sexual misconduct, violence awareness and prevention course to promote a culture of respect.听

New students鈥痶ake a longer, initial course once only and complete it before enrolling in their first-semester classes.鈥疌ourse title: 鈥淣ot Anymore鈥澨

Continuing students鈥痶ake a short refresher course every year thereafter and complete it before enrolling in fall classes.鈥疌ourse title: 鈥淓very Choice鈥澨
All students who are required to take the training will have a 鈥淭itle IX Not Anymore鈥濃registration hold鈥that prevents enrollment in classes. Once the training is completed, the hold will be removed within 24 hours.听
