Academic Grievance and Grade Appeal
Students can initiate a grade appeal, but first, students must attempt to resolve the issue informally with the Instructor and the Department Chair/Associate Dean of the College in which the course was taught by requesting and scheduling a pre-resolution meeting. Requests for formal resolution will not be accepted until the informal processes have been exhausted.
Questions concerning the AGGA pre-resolution process can be addressed by directly emailing maria.angell@csun.edu. Please contact Maria Angell for assistance prior to submitting a formal appeal form. Incomplete Complaint Forms will not be accepted without documentation that the informal processes have been exhausted.

Please review the due dates and deadlines provided in the links below to ensure your grade appeal is submitted prior to the deadline dates, after all pre-resolution processes have been exhausted.
